How we use information
To assess requests, prepare quotations, deliver contracted services, operate the client workspace, process and reconcile payments, send transactional notices, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use specialized providers for identity, payments, email delivery, hosting, storage, error monitoring, and project operations. They receive only the information needed to perform their role under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention
Project information is retained while an account is active. An account may become inactive after one year without activity and may be scheduled for deletion after two years, subject to legal, financial, security, backup, and dispute-retention requirements. Notices are intended 3 months, 1 month, and 48 hours before scheduled deletion.
Your choices

Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where supported, security monitoring, and incident-response procedures. No system is completely secure, and customers must not place secrets or highly sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
