Website & assessment terms
These terms govern use of the Agentic AI Methods website, accounts, technical assessments, and client workspace. A separately signed service agreement governs an accepted project.

The assessment fee covers review of the submitted request and may result in approval, a clarification request, a consultation request, or a decline. Payment does not guarantee that a project will be accepted or that a requested outcome is feasible.
Quotations
A quotation is based on stated assumptions, scope, dependencies, and projected third-party or AI usage. Unless stated otherwise, it is valid for 14 days. Changes in scope, external service pricing, customer delays, or newly discovered constraints may require a revised quotation and timeline.
Accounts and submissions
You must provide accurate information, protect account access, have authority to submit supplied materials, and avoid uploading credentials, private keys, regulated records, malware, or unlawful content unless a secure, expressly approved transfer method is provided.
Intellectual property
Website materials and reusable methods remain the property of Agentic AI Methods or their licensors. Project-specific ownership, pre-existing materials, reusable components, open-source software, and transfer conditions are defined in the signed service agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, interfere with other accounts, submit unlawful work, infringe rights, or use the platform to develop harmful or deceptive systems.
Limitations
Services are provided under the applicable agreement and law. Estimates, prototypes, and AI-generated outputs require appropriate review for their intended context. Final warranties, liability limits, dispute terms, and governing law must be stated in the executed service agreement.
