Cancellation & refund policy
This policy describes the intended commercial approach. Final eligibility depends on the signed service agreement, work performed, payment method rules, and applicable law.

The assessment fee may be cancelled and refunded before substantive review begins. Once assessment work begins, the fee is generally non-refundable because the purchased review service is being performed, except where required by law or where Agentic AI Methods elects otherwise.
Project deposits
A project deposit reserves capacity and funds opening work. Any cancellation treatment—including amounts earned, non-cancellable third-party costs, and any return of unearned funds—is determined under the signed project agreement.
Milestone payments
Each milestone is tied to defined work and an approval process. Concerns should be raised through the project workspace before approval. Approved or completed work is generally not refundable, subject to the service agreement and applicable law.
Payment disputes
Contact support@agenticaimethods.com first so we can review the project record and attempt a prompt resolution. Payment processing and refunds may also be subject to the processor’s technical rules, but those rules do not replace the agreement between the customer and Agentic AI Methods.
